a device that we can put on our mains, free bags and handles 
for when and if we have to chop it will automatically come back to where the owner is. We won't have to chase it down.
I know there are GPS devices that we can use but this way we won't have to track it it can track us.

Turtle, have you heard whether Aerodyne is shipping their new canopy with ladyflyer77's body outline printed on it? According to them, it greatly reduces freefall/canopy collisions, as people in freefall tend to be looking for opened canopies from the time they leave the aircraft...

A threat detector that can spot a swooping canopy coming down at you doing a 270 in the landing pattern. It would then fire an air-to-air missile and blow the fucker out of the sky.
