cjsgrlsx3 0 #11 April 5, 2007 I have a 2002 Ford Expedition and I love mine. I have not had any major problems with it and it runs great! The only thing, it doesn't hold as much as you would think. I know the new ones have the fold down seats but you may want to get the extended version. (not the Excursion) To travel we either take out the back seat or put a car top carrier on it. There really is no room in the back to pack stuff unless you take out the seat.

Gawain 0 #25 April 5, 2007 Consider a GMC Suburban. Though the Ford may have a price advantage. Chevy/GMC have been putting cylinder management and E-85 capabilities in their bigger engines, so it may not pinch so much at the pump...but you're going to be paying $75-$100 per fill up anyway... You should also look at the Jeep Commander, they're being discontinued, use exiting components (easy to maintain) and you can probably get one marked off by $10,000 or more. Either way, it's a buyer's market for the large SUVs, make sure you control the sale, and don't accept anything less than a $10k markdown. You will find it if you look.So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
