Newlyweds: Moonglo & Luminous

Recommended Posts

I am happy to announce that today, March 31st, my good friends Jenn Ralsten, known here as "Moonglo", and Larry Hinson, known as "Luminous", were married.

I wish them all the best for their future life together.

Photos:

1) Jenn & Larry.

2) Wedding cake, with skydiving cake-topper.

3) Upon departure, instead of throwing the traditional rice, everyone threw a toy parachutist.

Naw, they jumped at the same dz; no pimp fees involved. But they sure do look good, and happy, in those pictures.

Good luck, guys, and congratulations!

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

THEM . . .

That reminds me of a funny moment during the wedding. Someone proposed a toast "to them", and all the skydivers knew what that meant. Larry immediately spoke up and told us that they had considered such a toast during the ceremony, but decided to rule it out as it would offend some people present, who are from outside the skydiving community. Then he just made a "don't go there" look on his face and repeatedly shook his head "no". Ha! We respected his wishes.

I thought you tied your pecker to a tree, to a tree...

We didn't sing that song either. The ceremony stayed "clean".
