jimmytavino 16 #6 March 16, 2007 no kidding.... we only just yesterday got to see the lawn again...as the snow cover melted in 62 degreeF temps... Have Not seen the front yard grass, since jan 15th and in the 60 days since then i bet it snowed on 40 of them,,, ( 'lake effect snow' from Erie and Ontario routinely lay down 3 or 4 inches a day,,,, in between the normal storms, like Valentines day...) Places east and west of here got it much worse... so Now it looks like a Saint Patty's Day snowfall..... we'll see. (after hitting the powerlines, not from the snow, that jsut helped break the fall) stop your whining and go to the Eastern Mountain Sports store (or web site) and get yourself some nice long underwear and a set of their fleece thermals. you'll be sweating all the way to altitude.
