pinkfairy 0 #30 May 28, 2007 Prettiest Icon ever sewn. Behold the tasteful colors, the nice shape, the pretty embroidery and the beautiful hardware. Relax, you can die if you mess up, but it will probably not be by bullet. I'm a BIG, TOUGH BIGWAY FORMATION SKYDIVER! What are you?
skyblu3 0 #31 May 29, 2007 Hey pinkfairy, can you show me a pic of your rsl...I wan to see how it is routed. Does it go around the cable housing like mine is (see pic)?

Yes, it goes around the cable housing like yours. That's how it was assembled by my rigger. If you're worried about how your RSL is assembled, I think you should talk to your rigger. skyblu3 0 #33 May 30, 2007 Actually i did one better and I spoke to Aerodyne. They told me it should not go around the housing because when the main is deployed there is a chance the rsl can release due to tension on the housing and riser. It makes sense. I dont know why mine was routed this way but I want to get to the bottom of it. Can some other Icon owners let us know how your rsl's are routed. taron 0 #34 June 13, 2007 Hi there, So I created this thread a few months ago to give me some ideas for my next rig. Now here it is! I made my first jump with it last week, and it was great! Have a look!

sparkie 0 #36 June 14, 2007 Quote Each jump with it is better than the last. I had a nice opening yesterday, and the initial standup landing with my rig. I'm a happy camper! Pilot = nice soft openings ;P. I had the exact same setup as you do. Went on to a smaller pilot 168 now. My rig is all black btw with blue icon text. BIGUN 1,346 #37 June 14, 2007 Nothing special to show.... Solid Navy Blue with a Silver A on the back and silver Icon/AeroDyne on the sides.Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
