Beyond that, it's like any other enchilada.. mix sauce with cooked chicken and whatever else you want in there, wrap in a corn tortilla, place in a lightly oiled baking dish, top with more sauce and a bit of cheese, bake at 350°F until cheese meltscavete terrae.
