I'm just hoping the relief lasts. The doc set me up for more shots in 2 weeks. My referral's good for 4 visits, so I think I'll get them, even if I don't really need them. Apparently the doc's very skilled at what he does. I really didn't feel the 2 shots he put into each heel (about an inch up from my heel and about 3 inches in from my ankle). What did hurt a bit were the shots put between my toes, from the top of my foot. Seems that's more a matter of having less soft meat there.
