Went for a five mile run today... My times still suck. I've gained probably close to 8 pounds or so since the marathon. It's just truly amazing what eight tiny little bullshit pounds can do to you. Ugh. In a weird way, I can't wait until March 1, when I go back to training and go dry again. It's... Needed. I feel fat. Anyhow, hope to meet some of you at PIA!
