alterego84 0 #1 January 22, 2007 Just wondering what type of canopy everyone flies. If you have more than one canopy than put down the one your fly the most, or like to fly the most.

AggieDave 6 #12 January 22, 2007 I have a PD canopy now (Velocity), but since I've owned my own gear I've had a PD reserve. I've owned a PISA Heatwave and an Icarus Crossfire2 along the way. Both were fine canopies. To me I'm not worried about what other people jump at my DZ, I want to jump what I feel like is the best canopy for my goals. I was the first person at my DZ with an Icarus canopy that jumped there regularly, for instance. So if you're reading this to see what canopy you should buy, go demo everything that is appropiate for your wingloading and exeprience level.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
