murrays 0 #76 December 27, 2006 Interesting fact is that Apple had the bestselling laptops, desktops and mp3 players at Amazon.com over the Christmas season. I find it very interesting that they did so well in the desktop and laptop categories aginst Sony, HP, etc that Amazon also sells. SuFantasma 0 #77 December 28, 2006 Robbie: I love Macs, so here is a little bit of tough love: 1) If you haven't used a Mac before, you are too late... Seriosly 2) You will be dissappointed by the lack of software options 3) Macs are not Stuck in the 80's (like your mind). Today, Macs are full-fledged Unix descendents with more capabilities that we could have ever dreamed of. 4) The learning curve is steep ( and I don't mean upwards). While the Windows clan will crash the computer, the Mac Clan will crash your mind. 5) BUY A MAC, It's not a fucking rig decision ! geek 0 #78 December 28, 2006 Dell is in the middle of many issues. Buy HP if you need a PC or buy the Mac. Linux is a great alternative also.
