My shifts are measured in days not hours. Im at work for 21 this time and will be off for 14 to 21 days when i finish my shift. The low quality of education is apparent in many of the states native citizens. (To be fair, I have seen a number of FL high school grads with a fair amount of Math under their belt, better than many college grads.) There is a lack of decent restaurants. There is a lack of decent radio stations. It gets too hot in the summer, and too cold in the winter. Too many loud pipes. There are medians everywhere, so I can rarely turn left without a stoplight. Morons that believe it is their birthright to drive on the beach. Love bugs. Fire ants. Sand f@#$!&g everywhere. I'm sure I could go on, but I think you get the idea. The greatest redeeming feature is all the foreigners. The cosmopolitan culture is admittedly nice.
