lobster ravioli help

ok so i got some ridiculously delicious looking lobster raviolis from the most amazing yet horrible grocery store i have ever been in, in my entire life (horrible in the sense that i have an addiction to grocery shopping because i love to cook for people - and it was HUUUUUUUGE - it's called fairway in brooklyn - oh dear god)... anyway my question is... i am going to be cooking these bad boys, which are made in fresh pasta not boxed stuff, and was wondering which type of sauce would go best with them... i think i'm leaning towards an al a vodka sauce? but i don't know for sure - does anyone have any suggestions?? thanks a bunch

Some kind of cream sauce would hit the spot. Something nice and rich!

A light Alfredo sauce would be good...but the vodka sauce sounds yummy too

well..if you dont want to go with the instability of the vodka sauce i would reccommend a Sherry sauce. IF you wnat a good recipe let me know and ill shoot it to ya!

I looked to the experts...The Massachusetts Lobstermen's Association. This recipe is easy and tasty. You only need the sauce recipe...but the ravioli wasn't that hard to make...in case you feel adventurous next time.

The recipe also works well if you want to add some diced tomato
