Those are the only places I have seen Citation harness/containers. Citations were originally seen in Valcourt, Quebec but that entire DZ moved to Farnham (Novelaire) more than a decade ago. Maybe you should start your search by talking to a rigger at Farnham. Circa 2007, I taught a CSPA Rigger A course at Farnham. All three Lemay brothers passed the course.
