We just had the house guest from hell but since we didn't have any advance notice, we were in the middle of a major remodel to bad off to the hotel they went. When it happens again, I've got a subtle plan. We'll pop half the circuit breakers in the panel, and suggest a hotel or rough it with us at the house, no heat, water, T.V. etc. Come back for a visit any time R.I.P.
