I was wondering about other people who are experiencing problems, not looking to post personal information of mine or any other rigger's customers. (only one cracked display is my customer.)
Just looking for other experiences. Is anyone finding the shape of the display to be an issue.
Why do you need to confirm incidents with vigil with more info than even Vigil asks for?
When a display is damaged, we call up Vigil and say "I'd like a new display, please".
They send one.
End of transaction.
The only thing Vigil wants from us is the serial number to ensure the correct components.
Now, back on track. Antone else experiencing a problem on the Vigil displays?
