popsjumper 2 #126 December 1, 2006 OK, I racked my brain, purged some frivilous memory storage, went to my back-up tapes and came up with: Late 60's Either: *Music Machine Quicksilver Messenger Service Dr. John Black Oak Arkansas * I'm leaning towards this one as the first. "Talk Talk" was a big hit back then.My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. BillyVance 34 #127 December 1, 2006 QuoteQuoteQuote Every time i went to an AC/DC show(4 times) I remember saying: "Ya know, i think this is one show a deaf person could enjoy. For one, all the energy from Angus etc.. and 2nd, they could probably HEAR it!!! At least feel it through the vibrations." See, i was right. You got that right! I didn't even need my fucking hearing aid! Of course, it all sounds better down low near the stage than it does up high in the back. Still remember those thumping high energy songs Who Made Who and Thunderstruck, and who could forget "For Those About to Rock, We Salute You" with the booming cannons. They started off the show by swinging the hells bell until it finally hit the hammer and the band busted out through the castle-like wall. Awesome show. Still the best I ever saw."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
 TheBile 0 #128 December 1, 2006 Cardiff - The old Cardiff Arms Park a couple of years before they knocked it down for the Millenium Stadium to take it's place. The concert consisted of Van Halen, Thunder, Bon Jovi and a few others I didn't know the name of. I was 22. Started at 14:00hrs at went on to 23:00 hrs.
