Did anyone go the Pink Floyd "The Wall" concert? Not my first...but by far, my best concert experience.

I saw the "Wall" in LA in 1980, and Pink Floyd again 95 or so, first time I was them was in Portland Or. in 78 on there animals tour, and Dave Gilmour solo in 91. But the bands i've seen the most times is the Moody Blues, 6 times since 78, and Genesis 5 times since 77, I love concerts,

I think it was L.A. Sports Arena,..........It's been over 25 years, I bought a bunch of tickets for friends and one guy didn't make it so I still have the unused ticket at home somewhere. I was a little disappointed with that concert, I didn't like the wall blocking off the view of the band, I know it was part of the album concept, but didn't like it. I really liked the show at the Rose bowl in the mid 90s.

Are the "Flying Elvi" shows considered a concert??

I loved the wall building up...that was the whole point . I was up in the nose bleed section so I could see what was going on behind it :D

The Waitresses and X opening for Oingo Boingo the year after I graduated from high school.

Damn. Oingo Boingo is one of my favorites. That would have been a good show.

Bush, No Doubt, Goo Goo Dolls - 1996 - Lubbock Fair Park Coliseum - 16 years old

I saw them on that tour when they came through town - I took my son, who was 15 at the time, to his first concert. He was a Bush fan.
