AggieDave 6 #51 November 27, 2006 QuoteFirst to put it in perspective, how many of you jumpers have a Harley Tee-Shirt but don't now or have ever owned a HARLEY?! Not me. I, however, have a shirt that says "I own a bike, not just a t-shirt." --"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." steveorino 7 #52 November 27, 2006 Two Harleys and 100s of shirts. Initially I wanted to own a shirt from every town I've ever been in. After a while a hundred black tee shirts creates a very limited wardrobe. When I first started skydiving I wanted the tee shirts as well. I bought 2-3 right off the bat. I never wear them now (except the Skydive Cancun and the BSBD rescreen being offered on the History forum) I guess it is a right of passage for many. If you are a peacock ... you strut! steveOrino

I have a shit-ton of skydiving t-shirts. Infact that's about all I have in the way of t-shirts. Literally none of them are the store bought type t-shirts with goofy sayings. They're just about all staff shirts from my DZ and t-shirts from boogies with a DZ.com shirt and a BTFU shirt thrown in the mix.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." normiss 851 #54 November 27, 2006 I too have grown tired of the black biker tees...they're hot as hell in Florida anyway...so I try to get the orange ones now days....contrasts the black on the bike quite nicely!
streaker 0 #55 November 27, 2006 Well, anyone who has done a tandem has done something most people in the world will never do...jump out of an airplane! So should they brag it up? Why not? They belong to a minority of people on the planet! How many times do we hear that the one time tandem jumper is coming back for AFF? And how many times do they come back for AFF? I'm guessing about 1 or 2 out of 100 will come back to really learn how to skydive. Beautiful Landings! StreakerHave a yippee ki ya day!
