Is Asking Your SO For Sex A Turn Off, Or A Turn On?

Okay, let's say your SO asks you something like "Hey, wanna go have sex?" or "Wanna play?"

Would you find this to be a turn off, or a turn on? Would them asking for it, as opposed to just doing it, ( i.e. getting things started) be a good idea or not?

I have no problem whatsoever with being asked. Being able to communicate about sexual wants and needs is part of a mature, healthy relationship.

I also have no problem with my SO just initiating, if the time is right. I will also initiate if the time is right, too. Good communication doesn't always have to be verbal.

I don't want to start a new thread about this, because it kind of ties in - so I'm gonna say it here.

One thing that makes me very happy to be a woman is the way that men WANT women. Oddly enough, it's so sexy that it's so easy to turn men on. I love that most men LOVE and CRAVE sex!

Not that I'm saying all women take work to get turned on, but I personally do. So asking for sex is neither a turn-on or a turn-off for me. It just doesn't really work, unless I'm already horny for some reason.
