Popeye2000 0 #1 February 27, 2007 Does anyone know what is going on with Zute Sute? I ordered a jumpsuit from them in October since they came highly reccommended to me from a few guys at my DZ. They charged my credit card almost immediately, but I have not since received my jumpsuit. I have sent several emails asking for at first the status of my order, then after no replies I asked for a refund. I have been trying to call them since December to no avail. I only get their answering machine which does not allow you to leave a message. Any help would be appreciated. I knew I should have ordered a Tony Suit or Michigan suit from here in Florida. I have seen recent threads complaining of the same thing about Zute Sute. I don't know what to tell you. I have a Zute Sute from 1998 and it's the best jumpsuit I ever had and I still use it. I had ordered it for the 1998 300 way world record event and they had it made in 6 weeks. Dive Rite had their heydays in the early to mid 90's, and they went out of business soon after. I can tell you though, that I AM going with Tony Suit for my next jumpsuit."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
BillyVance 34 #3 February 27, 2007 Oh by the way, if you still have problems getting any word out of Zute Sute. Contact the state BBB or Consumer Affairs office for the state they are located in. You may well get your problem solved in record time. It worked when my friend had the same problem with Dive Rite."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
britishbob 0 #4 February 27, 2007 I had the same problem last year. No return calls, no e-mail replies. I think it took about 14-16 weeks for my suit to arrive. When I got it I was very pleased with the quality, but I was very disappointed with their customer service. It took the intervention of the BBB to speed up delivery. DougH 270 #5 February 27, 2007 Dispute the transaction... I bet they will perk up when Amex takes the credit from their merchant account!!!"The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P
kkeenan 14 #6 February 27, 2007 I agree. Dispute it through your credit card company. I ordered from them a year ago, got no suit, and finally had to get the $ back through the credit card company. Yes, they make great suits, but if they can't do business, then it doesn't matter how good the suit is. Kevin_____________________________________ Dude, you are so awesome...
