kenneth21441 0 #1 November 9, 2006 KISSING EXCUSE: A Battle Creek man, 22, told Battle Creek police he was drunk because he kissed his girlfriend. The man was stopped on a suspicion of drunken driving on Michigan Avenue near Snow Avenue about 10:32 p.m. Sunday. Police said they smelled intoxicants from the car and that the man had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and was having difficulty standing. The man told police he had been in a bar playing pool but only had a pitcher of water to drink. Police said the man took a breath test and registered a .179 percent blood alcohol level, which is more than twice the legal limit for drivers. After officers found several empty beer bottles and a rum bottle, he said they belonged to his girlfriend. The man then said that his girlfriend had been drinking that night and he had kissed her goodbye and believes that caused his intoxication. skylord 1 #12 November 11, 2006 Quote Now that would make for a Mythbusters worth watching Yes! "Mythbusters, After Hours" on Cinemax, or PPV. Or a "Mythbusters Gone Wild" DVD.
