Thanks, Mirage!

Recommended Posts

Last weekend, first time to DeLand, I got rained-out day one, so dropped by Mirage to see where my new rig was born. It was nice meeting in person the folks who helped me with my G-4 order. I mentioned to Bob Beck that my harness felt a little on the tight side. He had me don it and suggested a lengthening of the stabilizers. Next thing you know Bob the production manager started the Necessary surgery, and later that day I picked it up with a fresh reserve pack job by Ward Hessig -and no charge! It felt good before, but now it felt great. I also got a tour of the facility and was impressed with how many quality control checks there are for each component. I was left with the feeling that these beautiful, hand-made rigs are built by people who really care about what they doing. This is not a factory- it's more like an artists studio. Thanks again Bob, Bob, Ward and Connie.

Ive been jumping my new G4 for about two weeks now and i love it. Its really comfortable and look great, what more can you ask for. I think the G4 (and mirage in general) is the most over engineered rig i have ever seen, everything is WAY stronger than you are ever going to need and endlessly thought through so that every detail is as close to perfection as possible its great!

Love Love Love my new G4. I only have about 20 jumps on it, but I already know I made the right choice.

Thanks to my DZ's demo program I tried 4 or 5 different containers before I purchased my Mirage.

I agree with FFAdict, the engineering is what impresses me the most.

Thanks, Mirage!

I needed a ripcord overnight -- and you came through. The FedEx guy pulled in while the load was manifesting; Tim made the load with a new ripcord. Timing couldn't have been better.

Great customer service, a hallmark of a great company.
