I am hoping that someone can help me understand what I am reading in the comparison table about the battery.

- Expected lifetime: min 1.000 jumps or 4 years
- to be determined
- FIELD REPLACEABLE
- Fixed and integrated “Pulses Plus cell” always ready to activate the cutter
- Lifetime: 20 years

I am finding the first and last points in conflict

Is it "Expected lifetime: min 1.000 jumps or 4 years " or "Lifetime: 20 years" ?

The unit has an expected lifetime of 20 years and the batteries have an expected life time of 4 years/1000 jumps. Its poor wording in the document.

Makes sense, but its badly worded since both points are in the section about POWER PACK and the Expected Life time has its own section.

Unlike Cypres-1 which uses the same batteries for computation and firing, Vigil-1 and Vigil-2 use separate batteries.

In Vigil-1, both batteries are sealed in the same battery pack. If one is unserviceable, both must be replaced.

In Vigil-2, the batteries are separated, not sealed together. The cutter-firing battery should last as long as the processor and the cutter body, which leaves the processor battery to be replaced as needed.

Does anyone know if the Vigil 2 will have the promised higher activation speed Swoop mode? Don't see it in the comparison...
