bigway 4 #26 October 14, 2006 Fresh food is awesome over here. Just the way restaurants and pubs cook it all the same, unless you are in London or a major city in the UK the food is the same everywhere you go. It is all the same menus, i mean you know whats going to be on the menus before you walk in, with the states you are spoilt for choice. I tell you one thing, even at fresh food pubs in the uk they still have alot of deliveries from Brake Brothers and Phillip dennis (wholesalers). I think Jamie Oliver has put alot of awerness out in this country about healthy food and stopped this country from going tits up with salt... Look at what he did for the schools, that was an aesome thing to watch him do. Those children will thank him when they are older. .Karnage Krew Gear Store . When I'm not at uni I often work as a waiter in my local village pub - even with the better chefs that worked in that kitchen there were a lot of frozen meals being served. To be honest most people couldn't tell the difference but the meals that were made up fresh with ingredients from the local butcher were much better IMO. If everything's frozen there's just no individualityDo you want to have an ideagasm?

There's a reason it's now the national dish: because the british stuff is AWFULL! the two highest rated restaurants in the world are currently in LONDON... ok it's Evo French grub but still.. don't ever say food is crap in England. I personally love my crumpets, bangers, lamb and mint jelly, Goosebery pie and ... well that's about it.

That would explain your education about salt values, though. The average man should consume just under 4 grams of salt a day. This is to replenish what perspiration loses for you. 90% of US males will consume well over this. two things. 1-statistically speaking, 90 % of statisticsis madeup on the spot. 2- why just the males? Skyrad 0 #48 October 15, 2006 LOL... OK so British food is just the food in the UK that you don't like and that is rarely eaten. Skyrad 0 #50 October 15, 2006 BTW... Did you know that the most popular curry in Britan isn't Indian but English? Chiken Tikka Masala doesn't exist (Or at laest didn't until we exported it to India recently) in India. It was invented in London (Although Brummies keep trying to fruadently claim the dish as coming from there!) So it really is more English than Fish and Chips! When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy.
