bertusgeert 1 #1 October 18, 2006 College is ending soon, and there are a lot of elements that are important to me in making a decision where to move. More generally however (not advice for me, since only I can possibly value things the way I do), Where do you want to live? How about Salt Lake City (SOME jobs that would appeal to me) 50' snow in the city 500 only a few miles away... Utah itself offers, and you are located in the middle of a bunch of states that offer: - GREAT Skiing - Skydiving - Climbing - Cycling/Biking (and municycling ) - BASE - Gliding - And it's damn beautiful... Where is better? Europe? Africa? Mongolia? --------------------------------------------- As jy dom is moet jy bloei!

Elisha 1 #9 October 18, 2006 Quote 50' snow in the city 500 only a few miles away... That's inches, not feet. Kirkwood near south shore Tahoe also gets 500 a year...actually got 600 last year and more than any other Utah resort. Many other also got about 500 inches. Yeah, Utah is NEAR to other states/locations with outdoor activities...Near is relative though. Quote i never will understand the mormon thing in utah and their <3.2% beer or 1 oz liquor in mixed drinks thing Yeah, this is a huge strike against Utah....lack of real alchohol and probably other quality faire.
