Bought a copy of "Transcending Fear" from Big Air Sportz 4 weeks ago, but still nothing. It´s an international order, but still, 4 weeks is just too long. Usually takes a bit more then a week. Emailed them twice, but no reply... Out of business...?

Anyone got another way to get in touch with them then bgermain@bigairsportz.com?

Big Air Sports is very much active, and a very reputable company. Brian posts here and tours drop zones all the time. I suspect your message will reach him through this channel, and you should hear from him soon.

I am from Moscow, Russia. I have ordered some items from BigAirSportz short before New Year. On the first week of the new year i have got answer from Brian and in about two weeks entire my order was delivered. Excellent!
As far i know Brian is available on this forum.

I placed a somewhat international order (just up to Canada), but I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery and of the up to date communication. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered from them once and had no issues at all. Sometimes the mail can take a bit longer than anticipated.
