I was referencing Micro's statement, albeit poorly and while mRNA, rRNA and tRNA is running through my brain for the paper due on Thursday... Well Vinny, I actually did pick her up with a conversation about aerodynamics. It was at a bar, too. www.WingsuitPhotos.com
matt1215 0 #78 October 10, 2006 Here's a visual aid that helped me understand just how easy quadratics are. Walk thru this one and you'll have your test, no problem.

Can you solve a second order non-linear non-homogenous PDE with non-constant coefficients? hahahaha.....now that's the kinda guy who will take a girl home after that one!! It worked for my boyfriend! Apologies for the spelling (and grammar).... I got a B.S, not a B.A. :)

JackC 0 #83 October 10, 2006 QuoteQuoteThat was a awesome post. Couldnt say it near as well but thanks. Spent time with Vinny, its easy if I can memorize the two formulas and just stop questioning why I need to memorize two formulas, now I just need to memorize them, and Im practicing some things he taught me in regards to other algebra, ..... Well, IMO (as a teacher for 35 years) your problem is right there. If you treat mathematics as memorizing formulae you will never get very far because there's just too much to memorize. If you try instead to understand the basic principles, everything builds on them in a logical fashion and you don't have to remember so much. I agree. As Feynman said, there is a difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something.
