it'll only hurt a bit

I never really was a fan of tatoo's. After i started skydiving i realized that i would really like a skydiving related tatoo. I actually wanted to get my skybirthday on my wrist.

1. Do you have a skydiving tatoo? If so what is it?

I don't have any tattoos, but the neatest one I have ever seen is on Kimberly (survivor of Quantum Leap's Twin Otter crash). She got a tattoo on her ankle of a closing pin, with beautiful wings on either side. On the wings are the birthdate of her tandem instructor, and the date of the crash. She also had Robert's initials put in the middle of the closing pin. She and Robert's parents had the tattoos done before she returned to Australia. Such an amazing tribute to such an amazing young man.

Yes. One, I got it two and a half years ago as memorial ink.

what does it look like

A stylized view of two skydivers in freefall. It was Paul's logo

Here is a link to a modified version. I got mine before the wings and the dates were added... mine is just the two jumpers. ("the spermy guys")

I will NEVER regret that decision

I have 4 tats and none are skydiving related. Thats just my choice.
Each one is a part of my story and reminds me of certain points in my life.
my first one is over 12 years old now and needs some touch up, and thats cuz its on my back and I often get sunburnt cuz Im too lazy to put on sunscreen.

no tattoos for this unmarked body. 10 years from now, you may wish you hadn't done it.

I've got an idea for a tattoo I'd like to get...was planning on getting it done for my 10th sky-birthday, since by then I figured it was safe to say I'm not a tourist. Just need someone to draw it.

One of the guys at my home dz has a CYPRES control unit on the back of his neck (displaying 750'...upside down :D), and he has 3-rings tattoo'd on both shoulders. He just started jumping this past spring. :S:D

I have a couple of tattoo's none skydiving related, just had one touched up today. I have been planning one now for quite a while now that will be a tribute to some friends that are no longer with us. One is the guy who taught me to fly, another is a friend that was doing air tanker drops and another was a sky diver.

I got a nice long surgical scar on my shoulder - a tattoo will only improve the view and the memory.

But I have no idea what I'll do with it. It's a 5" arc that could be turned into the top edge of a canopy. I'm going to experience with the temporary ink first.
