dweeb 0 #9 September 27, 2006 I bought a new car in March. I washed it once since. The dealer has washed it 5 times so far. (Yeah, it's been in the shop 6 times).
PLFXpert 0 #10 September 27, 2006 Nev-a!!! Not in my car. I will admit to this: Billy opened up my middle console from a different location just this past weekend. I had NO idea I had such a secret (and very spacious) compartment there! I insisted we find something to put in it at once! Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. JohnRich 4 #13 September 27, 2006 That depends upon how quick it gets dirty, and what the weather forecast for rain looks like. Sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly.

Shell666 0 #17 September 27, 2006 Quote I wash mine about once a week to keep it looking purty!! When I first got mine (5 years ago) I kept it SO clean. Washed it every week. Vacuumed, cleaned the dash, almost turned "Monica" on it. Now, not so much. Currently, it's still filled with dust and debris from Lost Prairie. And that's a LOT of dust. I've taken to adding art installations to the dash every now and then ... Guess I should wash it before winter sets in. And get the dog snot off the inside of the windows so I can see again. PLFXpert 0 #22 September 27, 2006 Quote If you had dog snot, you would! Oops. Maybe I wasn't clear. I'm royally anal about keeping my shiz clean. Cruzer has THE travel arrangement from heaven. Everyone comments. I took the third row seating out of my Sequoia, placed a big scrap of soft & fluffy carpet on the floor and filled it with chew toys. The back window, of course, rolls down. He's a rider. I pulled up to Starbucks once with Cruz in the back and a gentleman in a beamer pulled up next to me and remarked, "That's some kennel you got there." Cruz has it MADE! And yes, he snots on the windows. The car-washers are most excellent at wiping everywhere, including the back windows, sunroof, etc. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. Samurai136 0 #23 September 27, 2006 They cut the grass at work (contractor) yesterday. I park my Del Sol far away from everyone else, at work, which puts it right next to the edge of the lawn. The front end of my baby is covered in dried wet grass cuttings. I need to remember to talk to facilities and have them wash the front end..... c'est la vie."Buttons aren't toys." - Trillian Ken
