AggieDave 6 #3 September 27, 2006 Wind has exactly nothing to do with it. Its packing in some cases. In most cases its body position. If you're not symetrical in the harness during deployment the risers are loaded differently and causes a turn.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Just see by up to others' opinion I had first exprienced opening turned into 180 degree on #11 jump and I was like WTF (that's time I learned how to packing by coach) I realized it probably caused by packing or something. I knew it wasn't caused by wind. Wind is only make canopy change path during control, not opening as I noticed. Probably I'm wrong about winds!
