Newfoundlands can get really big, and also would give the hybrid the black color and shorter snout, but still have some wolf-like characteristics like the shape of the body & legs and the fluffy tail. You could wind up with something pretty formidable: wolves generally stay away from human habitations, but wild dogs are less afraid of getting near human property. Also wolves have a higher basal adrenaline level, and you combine that with the greater size & weight of a newfoundland, you'd probably wind up with something like in the picture & something that could cause a lot of trouble & kill other dogs.
