Plus, Crystal Light makes these little individual packets of sugar free drink mix that are made to work perfectly in a 16.9 ounce bottle of water! Coincidence? I think not! Realizing that the chances of getting me to drink 8 glasses of plain water a day probably wasn't going to happen....he finally agreed to letting me just get as much regular water down as I could...and then anything else that was sugarless and water based!
