PsychoBob 0 #1 August 10, 2006 The other day there was a thread about yardwork and quite a few people, including myself, expressed their enjoyment of gardening/landscape. It has taken me 2 years to get my yard back to normal after Hurricanes Ivan, Dennis and Katrina. It's a lot of work but it's also relaxing and rewarding. If you have any pics of your landscape post'em. I might get some "new" ideas. Here's a few pics of my remodeled backyard."I'm not a gynecologist but I will take a look at it" RB #1295, Smokey Sister #1, HellFish #658, Dirty Sanchez #194, Muff Brothers #3834, POPS #9614, Orfun Foster-Parent?" Since it's between buildings it doesn't get enough consistent sun (hush, no jokes about it being in Seattle!) to keep grass alive anyway. Fortunately my neighbors are whizzes at figuring out what plants will thrive there. It's open for drinks pretty much any nice evening ... and if you're lucky my other neighbor will make slushy vodka drinks. Although I can't take credit for the landscaping, I can take credit for the patio itself ... that was several weekend days of heavy lifting a few summers back. Worth every bit of effort, though!
