SkydiveStMarys 0 #1 August 10, 2006 The last book I read, I struggled to stay awake every night after 2 or 3 pages. Tha book was True Believer by Nicholas Sparks. I was surprised. It was OK. Now the book that I just started is an easy read, purely pleasure...Nora Roberts.. Gabriels Angel. BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude. I am reading 'chega de saudade' a history of bossa nova and the music scene in Brasil in the 50s and 60s....it reads like a novel...in english its called "Bossa Nova: The Story of the Brazilian Music That Seduced the World" sounds kinda boring but its not... marc "The reason angels can fly is that they take themselves so lightly." --GK Chesterton

matt1215 0 #24 August 11, 2006 Beginning Visual C++ 2005. Not my first choice, but I've been bringing work home this week. Current project is to write new software for a machine who's builder no longer exists. I'm reverse-engineering massive old code to figure out what the output needs to be. I had my software in a couple hours, but it currently sounds like Charlie Brown's parents to the machine.
