soberamprat 0 #7 August 12, 2006 With a transfer with the phone company they found out I knew how to do different things then what I was hired to do so they had me doing them along with what I was hired to do. Hence I was doing other peoples jobs and not getting the pay others were getting doing the same job. The more they are impressed with you the more they want you to work and the more money you make. This, unfortunately, tends to happen with salaried jobs, too, where the "and the more money you make" part doesn't always work out."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. O'Rourke
