Oh god I could fry up the whole pound, much on it for an hour. And then enjoy a smoke, and Still beat their buts in a mile run. And as for the enviro's...good to be aware,BUT they need to can it too unless your gonna jump a hemp canopy.:S
Whew...Ok,my venting is good for awhile. Thanks

Fuck yeah! I'm a steak man! Only I like mine medium well, soaked in Dale's sauce with garlic salt sprinkled all over it. B|

A lean cut, such as a london broil or top round, HAS to be cooked rare, or at most, medium rare. There's too little fat in those cuts to keep it tender & juicy.

cook it any more & you've got a tough dry grey thing.:S

Oh yea! I love to cook, and med rare to med is best I think. Depending on the cut (as I sit here eating fried garlic bologna anticipating spending my money at the dz);) And good lamb gyros are the bomb!(loaded of course). And dales sauce really rocks too!mmmmmmm. I also make a killer squirrel gravy,it's heavenly! And homemade jerky! Man this bologna is um,...needs pringlesB|

We did some sirloin tips tonight, not a great cut but had been marinating for a week. Rare, juicy, and tender . . . . mmmm. :)

Cow, baby cow, pig, chicken, turkey, duck, lamb, whatever, I'm happy to eat 'em.

I've been an athlete my entire life, including 3 years of college soccer and 1 year of hockey. While that -can- be done on a hippy diet, it's much easier and tastier to do it the right way. Plus it pisses off the aforementioned hippies.

I also have dead cow seats, wear dead cow shoes, and hold my pants up with dead cow. When I get my motorcycle, I will protect myself with dead cow.

Now now... all those animals you are cruelly torturing and devouring like beasts have a place in this world just as we do. >:(

Good point. After all, there's no point in doing small things. I'm sick and tired of people making any effort at all if they're not prepared to give up every synthetic object in their lives.

Either live in a grass hut and farm the land with a sharp stick or shut the fuck up.

For my wife and I's first anniversary last weekend, we went to a fancy French restaurant and we both had Kobe beef Filet Mignon with black truffles and crab.B| You could cut it with a fork.

Steak is its own food group as far as I'm concerned!;)

Medium well ain't for men (or for any steak for that matter) ... medium rare is. :P

Cooked beef isn't for real carnivores.

My favorite restaurant throws a piece of fillet in the grinder and serves it up raw as tartare with a quail egg, capers, and diced red onions.

Yum!

Sure, if you don't mind taking the risk of getting sick... wild animals can handle it, not us...
