ladyskydiver 0 #78 July 28, 2006 On the paperwork I fill out at DZ's, my mom, but I need to think about it and probably change it to reflect the nature of the injury and who to call in those instances. I have a paper in my log book that lists who to call. If I'm "just injured," my mom gets the call. If I'm dead, my brother gets the call first as my mom would not be able to handle it.Life is short! PhreeZone 20 #80 July 29, 2006 Unfortuantly in pulling a waiver at the time of the accident the person pulling it might not know the severity of the injury. You might be taken away in the ambulance and thats all they know. They know you are injuried but might not know if you are looking at broken leg or critical care/iminate death. Best thing you can do is proactively talk to the person pulling your waiver in an accident and see if special notes can be made for each situation. Most waivers only allow 1 person to be listed and attaching notes detailing every injury and different people to call in each might not be feasiable due to how files are stored.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
