diverdriver 6 #1 July 19, 2006 YUP! That's right! Wendy gave birth to our son Mitchell on 7-14-06 at 1:59 am. He was 6 lbs 11 ounces and 20.25 inches. I can't even put into words how I feel holding my baby boy but it is absolutely amazing!! He has already started looking right into me which I didn't expect for awhile. It's like he's memorizing my face like I have been memorizing his. Oh, and he really is a mini-me as we put up my baby picture right next to his and it was darn near identical. His sisters are fighting over who gets to hold him next but they don't fight over who gets to change him next. Curious. He's a typical baby needing feeding every couple to three hours and I love him to pieces! ...and yes, his room is decorated with airplanes everwhere! He's doomed. Going to be a pilot at some point I imagine. Well, take care all! Be safe.Chris Schindler www.diverdriver.com ATP/D-19012 FB #4125

lawrocket 3 #11 July 19, 2006 Welcome to the rank of fatherhood! Little boys rock. Of course, then they get older and funnier, but capable of causing damage. My wife is hotter than your wife.
ltdiver 3 #12 July 19, 2006 Congratulations, Dad and Mom! When you spoke of having a son, I instantly recalled a great stand-up routine by one of my favorite comedians, Bill Cosby. He talks about raising a son (vs. a daughter) and throws in some very helpful hints. Besides being highly entertaining, it opens ones eyes on how a son can challenge and change a father's life (for good). Here is the album with some sample .mp3's. http://www.mp3.com/albums/157359/summary.html Enjoy! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
