AggieDave 6 #1 July 13, 2006 Yet another, help a brother pick a canopy design poll. Its kinda obvious what my colors are, feel free to screen cap and post a design to suggest. monkycndo 0 #2 July 13, 2006 I pick one of the ones you did not attach. Edit: Now that they are attached, I'd say #1 looks the best.50 donations so far. Give it a try. You know you want to spank it Jump an Infinity

AggieDave 6 #5 July 13, 2006 Quote Can I ask a silly question? Why are the colors not centered or uniform? I like balance. My very first canopy was centered and balanced. It was ok, but I have grown tired of it. I kinda like the mental clash I get from the off centered designs.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." skydemon2 0 #6 July 13, 2006 how did you save the design for PD's web site?Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean to the bone! I like to start my day off with a little Ray of Soulshine™!!
AggieDave 6 #7 July 13, 2006 You click save, if you're using Firefox its in the bottom left. J/k Ok, seriously, just do a screen capture, put it in your favorite editor, crop and save. Personally I used Photoshop, but that's my choice. Gimp is a really good editor...and its free.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." SkydiveStMarys 0 #8 July 13, 2006 Fair enough answer.....why not black with neon green instead of green with black? Just curious...I think the neon color is more "mental". If its not the color green don't laugh at me...I'm colored blind....it looks green to me though. BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude. yardhippie 0 #9 July 13, 2006 I was going to do something very similar, but replace all green with red and mirror the black cell and color the cross braces in that cell red (a mirror of the neighboring cells) but then I decided I didnt want to wait the time frame involved, so Im taking a stock one. AggieDave 6 #10 July 13, 2006 Quotewhy not black with neon green instead of green with black? Then I'd be skyninja again, sneaking around to get into a canopy collision. Samurai136 0 #11 July 13, 2006 How do you find a green canopy in trees or open fields of crop? How does descending traffic (da jump plane) spot you from above? Could be risky... I like #1. AggieDave 6 #13 July 13, 2006 In my part of TX, neon green stands out very well from above and below. QuoteI'm wondering how hard it is to assemble black X-braces in a black cell? D'oh, hadn't thought about that. I better ask about that. I might need green Xbraces in the black cells. Slappie 9 #15 July 13, 2006 I like anything as long as you have A.S.S. stitched onto the end cells. hisgoofyness 0 #16 July 13, 2006 QuoteFair enough answer.....why not black with neon green instead of green with black? Bobbi I can speak from experience on a good reason not to go mainly black. I have a Triathlon 190 that is (Blk/Blk/Blk/Yel/Blk/Blk/Blk), and a leant it to a friend of mine to use in his wingsuit rig. He had a cutaway over a large wooded area of mainly pines. It took two weeks two find the canopy. A ball of black fabric is not easy to spot in a thicket of pines... But hey, it was found, and all is well... My next canopy purchase will be a Nitro 135 all neon green with the black checkerboard in the center cell and black leading edge. I also like number 1...
