Waiting for AAA

I'm stuck at the office cuz my truck won't start. My co-worker says AAA will be here in 30-40 minutes...yeah right! :D It's afternoon rush hour in Houston!!:P

Anyone wanna take bets on how long it takes them to get here or what the problem is? (Hint: it's not the battery)

I don't care if mine's dead, I'm still going to Skyfest! (of course I do live a bit closer) :P

I needed a tow truck from AAA a few weeks ago. The nice FHP woman didn't want to leave my daughter and me on the side of the road, so she asked how long they said. I told her 30 minutes. She said they always say that and 2 hours later you're still waiting! The funny thing is, we were 10 minutes away from AAA national headquarters and that didn't help one bit. She made me call the dispatcher and get the tow truck operator's number and she called him. He was there in 20 min! :ph34r:

Before he came the Road Patrol drove up and asked if we needed anything. I told them AAA was coming and they joked with the officer that it was "Triple Hate". I guess they piss a lot of people off.

It will be ready on the 15th.... I cant seem to get there and back on the time I can be away. I cant stay the whole time due to other commitments. And since i dont live IN houston its not as easy to get to for me as it is for you silly girl....
