One thing I've noticed is that no matter which forum I'm reading, everyone always thinks they are somehow better than everyone else because of their thing, whatever it may be. I would lift regularly for a few months, then stop, then back on and stop, then I stopped for over a year nearly completely. So here we are now, getting back into it and only benching about 1/2 of what I used to (thats overall, I reference benching simply because its the easiest "bench mark").
