On a normal basis, as far as what I buy and what is in my house, no products food or otherwise testing on or coming from mistreated/abused animals. Thus, only wild caught (dolpin & sea turtle friendly) fish is in my fridge along with tons-o-veggies/fruits, nuts, soy products and (my weakness) gourmet cheeses Oh, and a fully stocked liquor cabinet & wine rack. I'm fairly strict about my diet when I'm feeding myself, but at friend's houses/family's house or occasionally out to dinner with guests, I'll eat whatever they're having (except no Wilbur anymore.
