Jib 0 #26 June 12, 2006 You can't really compare because some people have 10/20 liability policies and others have $500k/$500k policies. Un/underinsured motorist coverage makes a difference as does stacking it with multiple cars. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. shaiziel 0 #28 June 12, 2006 I can't compare with 20 poll options for sure. Levels of coverage are important but I was just trying to get a demographic of the prices paid. I figured some people would chime in with their coverages. ---------------------------------------- 6.8% - Almost there!

Revillusion 0 #33 June 12, 2006 QuoteThat Gecko Geicko guy is full of shit though. Somebody has to pay for all that advertising! I have State Farm, a Mutual Company. I pay $174.00 q 6 months for full coverage on a full size commercial pickup truck. And, get a rebate check every year. But as alluded to previously in this thread, I'm 47, No accidents, no tickets, EVER. VIRTUS JUNXIT MORS NON SEPARABIT
jumpingbean001 0 #34 June 12, 2006 Like someone else stated...you have to figure adjustment rates based on the amount of coverage, etc. I am pretty satisfied with Farm Bureau....I have home, Durrango,Sebring with a very decent coverage for all under $200/month. They do not insure motorcycles so I had to do progressive with a very nice coverage for $50/month. Of course, you have to have a clean record and someother things help to reduce the rates....have been with them for a long time. Did some shopping recently and found out how lucky I was!Let's have fun! :)

shaiziel 0 #36 June 13, 2006 Well I bought my car used a little over a year ago. It's on a 26 month note. Didn't have a choice. I would never buy new and I had to get into something more reliable than my Volvo. 2 Months after I got rid of it, I got a letter from a tow company saying that they had possession of the car for the past 30-45 days (I don't remember exactly) and were going to sell it off. Whoever got it after me (i used it to pay for the "processing fee") apparently had it lay over on them and I guess they figured they were done with it and left it on the highway. So it was good that I got into my "new" car. Had 50k miles on it, the lots of maintenance (not repair) in it's vehicle history at our Saturn store, and it was clean. I picked it off the service drive before it even went through the shop for the post trade recon/detail (so I didn't have to pay for all the recon work) It was a good buy.---------------------------------------- 6.8% - Almost there!
