In either case, may I suggest blue with white stripes as that's clearly going to be the more valuable scheme in the long run.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
 Kid_Icarus 0 #6 June 9, 2006 No, the racing motor is a 289 Ford engine. I think even Barry Meguiar would agree to that and he ONLY drives black cars. Shelby's colors, when he was really building and racing in the 60s, was always blue with white stripes. It's the ONLY color combination that makes any sense in terms of an investment as that's the color scheme that will -always- command the highest price at the auctions later since a true car collector will want to have the matching set. Even if he's only picking up ONE car, if it's a Shelby he's going to want the blue with white stripes.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
 ltdiver 3 #10 June 10, 2006 Guess I forgot to put a "" at the end of my last post.
