Seems like depending on the guy, she could be totally fucking direct and ask if she was out of bounds by advancing on him like she did. If he doesn't know what she's talking about, i figure it would play out something like "well, when I mentioned one of us sleeping over, and you asked me what would have gave me that idea, i just thought I may have been to forward for your comfort" Lets just say if he actually is interested in her in a compatible way, he needs to pick the ball up, and take her up on the offer, immediately. If he doesn't take control back, she's going to be left with a mess to try to coach him through, at which point it's kinda pointless. There is clearly a compatability issue.
