I get it, you mean Skydiving should report about skydiving and Parachutist should report about parachuting? Or maybe they could just switch names and the USPA mag could be called Skydiving.

Yes I have. the difference between the two is that Skydiving mag is independent and parachutist is a publication of our governing body. Skydiving mag isn't bound to reporting only one subject.
