efs4ever 3 #1 June 2, 2006 Well? I started out in Precision FF books including photos and autographs. When computers for consumers arrived I copied data to DBASE III. For a while computers were all I did. After starting tandems I had the passenger fill out their jump in a Precision. Now I log all jumps in my Precision FF book as well as my database. _____________________Russell M. I have some of those too, but I sometimes forget to turn it on, so it's not reliable. ___Russell M. JohnMitchell 16 #5 June 2, 2006 Old school paper logs. Mostly just dates, numbers, type jumps, lots of ditto marks down the page. Sometimes will log a day's worth of tandems on one line, just to be quick.I still like to have them logged, considering how much you pay to make them. Were they like novellas? As you progressed in jump numbers your loggings were like: '4-way', '20-way', 'F-F''... something like that?
