Fast 0 #31 May 24, 2006 i have a preyor pin but I don't really wear it. It was hung around the mirror in my truck for awhile never moved it to my car. Don't know exactly where it is, just that its in my apartment somewhere.~D Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me. freefallfreak 0 #32 May 24, 2006 Pammi (from Pammi and Merrick, two of the coolest people around) made quite a few for me and I absolutely love the one I wear. Most of them were presents for others but the one I wear is soooo kewl. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up." skyminxx 0 #34 May 24, 2006 I still have the first one that was given to me by Froglady but after the chord wore out I put it in a box. I now wear two tiny ones in my ears that were given to me by a friend who makes them in Perris. ACMESkydiver 0 #35 May 24, 2006 This is mine. I made it. The 3 pins are 3 friends I have lost. Good guys that had not-so-good endings. I used to wear it daily, but the letters started fading. now I don't wear them as much because I just don't want the letters to rub all the way off. I could just get them re-marked, but I dunno.... The second one is a close -up of one of the pins, front and back. All three say different messages, all 3 were great guys... I made another with a black leather double necklace that pulls the closing pin from either side, and IMHO, is REALLY hot looking. That one has a closing pin with the only tribute to a skydiver that is not post-mortum (thank God). It's about Joe, and 'no' I won't tell you what that one says. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
sharimcm 0 #36 May 24, 2006 Quote I've had two people comment that it's unusual, and I had one person in a restaurant say, "You must be a skydiver." That was kinda cool : ) I work at a restaurant, and approached a woman who had a closing pin necklace on. She was flipping out saying how cool it was that I knew she was a skydiver just by her necklace. Those who know... know...
