Actually used to be a really good long distance runner and represented my county, i miss being that fit 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. The rest of the year..hell I live in the south...I could swim, 9 months out of the entire year...but I only swim in the "summer time"...I walk or bike....when I walk its a mile every night...when I bike...I bike for about an hour. I'm also just sticking to lean protein and vegetables. Losing the baby weight has been much tougher this time around but I'm getting there.I also bought carmen electra's cardio striptease. It is cheesy but lots of fun. I want to start taking yoga again as well.
