Corazon 1 #4 May 12, 2006 Macadamia nut oil is great for cooking. It is really healthy, high in omega 3 fatty acids and 0 trans fat. Also it has a high smoke point, (I think it is higher than olive oil if I'm remembering correctly) so you can bake, saute, fry, etc with it and get that great yummy flavor. So I was wondering how it would taste and can I use it like Olive oil. I am open to suggestions on what to cook. It is going to be a crappy weekend here I might as well cook something.
